Yeah, Shelley, I have to wonder if you’ve ever even been outside of Iowa, much less to anywhere else in the world. You can find “small stinky places, stupid people. UGLY UGLY UGLY!” in just about any big city in the U.S.. Try Chicago, for instance. Only place I’ve ever been where I’ve seen people screaming obscenities at each other in parking lots in the middle of the day.
Try spending a couple of years on active duty in the military. That’d probably broaden your horizons considerably.
