Guantanamo Bay : Terrorist Killers in Gentle Hands

Dear Friends
On September, 11. 2001 America was under attack. Brutal terrorist killers carried out attacks on targets in New York and Washington. To most Americans it was very clear that we had to act quickly and efficiently. Our President did a great job leading the way and made the world a lot saver. We did not have another attack on American soil since almost five years. Why? First of all, because we are fighting the war on terror in Iraq so we don’t have to fight it over here and second because we have locked away thousands of brutal killers in Guantanamo Bay and other prisons.

Unbelievable but true: Liberals are complaining that we don’t treat prisoners very well. If liberal democrats have their will those terrorist killers would have even better prison cells, even better food and they would problaby like to see those killers run free. How anybody can be as self destructive as to say we must release those who attacked us and want to kill us is beyond me. THANK GOD LIBERALS HAVE VIRTUALLY NO POLITICAL POWER ANYMORE!

Prisoners in Guantanamo Bay are treated very well. They enjoy fines meals, have their personal belongings with them and have plenty of fresh air and leisure time. If you ask me we treat them much too good! I for one would not spend a lot money for somebody who tried to kill me before! If I think about it, they must have the time of their life and must think we are pretty stupid. The problem is that we are much too good hearted. Like our President George W. Bush said: “When we see an innocent child being blown up by an ‘IED‘ WE CRY!” Did the muslims cry for us on 9-11? I don’t think so. They were having a nice party and were dancing in the streets!

Please let others know what you think about Gitmo by wearing a nice ‘I love Gitmo‘ t-shirt for example (I am wearing such a shirt on weekends and good Americans are praising me for it). If you are interested to buy such nice stuff, please visit this great website: ClubGitmo.net.

Once again I urge you to become active. Support our troops, support our President!
God bless you and may God continue to bless America for the good of the world!

Yours,
Shelley The Republican

    Shelley,

Congratulations! This is the funniest ‘right wing wacko’ site on the WWWeb.

BTW, is that you, Mike and Tristan in the liberal_teens.jpg picture?

rj: your attempts to discredit us will not work.
First of all, no that is not us. Sad to say I am not that young anymore.
And I really don’t know what is funny about when your tax dollars are spend on those terrorist killers.
In my opinion we should completely outsource the prison system in general.

Ugh; Why do liberals think that everything is satire?

These are the people who look at the crumbling remains of the Twin-towers and laugh their heads off; as if the destruction of American lives and property is some kind of satirical statement.

It says a great deal about the liberal mindset that they see irony in everything.

RJ, just you go and laugh your liberal laughter while we Republicans do our best to protect our nation. I assure you that even you will feel different when your family comes under threat.

When your child comes home spouting darwinist athiest nonsense; When they build a mosque on your street corner; When the American flags and ten-commandments are taken from your civic buildings and the institutions of your Blue-state civic society start to colapse then I am sure it will all seem less “satirical”.

Please save your over-developed sense of irony for the next boring French movie you watch. We have more important things to do than to laugh along with you.

This has to be a piss take of all those neo-con “from my cold dead fingers” nut jobs!!

The site nearly had me beleiving it really was what some people thought, however the game was up when I noticed the incredibly bad grammer and spelling - really even worse than usual “septic-tank” mis-spellings

So tell me, Tristan, how much time have you spent in Iraq, or anywhere in the U.S. military? Or anywhere actually in service to this country, rather than just ranting?

I’m pretty sure that I want my children (both of whom are a lot smarter than you) spouting “darwinist athiest nonsense”, as long as they also learn the difference between theory and fact. It is certainly better than the desperate attempts to shore up a shallow and flimsy faith in God that ‘creationism’ and ‘intelligent design’ are. At least “darwinist athiest nonsense” is, so far, supported by the known facts.

This is America, you twit! If someone wants to build a mosque on my street corner, and worship there, that’s called ‘freedom of religion’. If someone wants to put the Ten Commandments in a civic building, that’s called ‘unConstitutional government support of religion’, and is what many of our ancestors came here to get away from. And who is trying to take the American flag from civic buildings?

You are more of a threat to civil society (and ‘civil’ is deliberate) than most of the liberals I’ve met (and most of the conservatives).

If you aren’t a bunch of 12-year-olds, all I can say is that I hope you grow up someday.

What the fucking hell is that 9/11 button all about?
    How offensive and distasteful!
And then it’s followed with the most sanctimonious drivel I’ve ever read.
If this ISN’T satire it’s the best representation I’ve seen since Bill O’Reilly of exactly why it is that people hate America.

    Well said Shelley!

However you’ve missed the most Horrifying and Ungodly thing allowed the terrorists.

In addition to their Unholy Prayers, their Exercise and their Nice Food, these people (if they can be called such) are permitted Private Time during which they Seek Solace in Unnatural Congress! And this is funded by the American Taxpayer!

Please make this Fact known to a Wider Audience.

“We did not have another attack on American soil since almost five years.”

HAHAHAHA i can’t believe you use this as evidence to support your unintelligible ranting. There have only been TWO attacks on American soil in our entire history. You can’t say the reason we haven’t had any since 9/11 is because of your beloved hero Geroge W.

Well, some people say that 9/11 was God’s punishment for the liberals disgusting lifestyle and that good people (republicans) allow it.
I am tempted to follow that idea.

Just for a moment, consider that the 9-11 attack was not god’s punishment for the liberals, but for an almost illiterate president guided by cynical, devoid-of-conscience men in the background abusing god’s name and making a mockery of it as HE had forbidden in the third commandment!
Remember: No sooner had Bush been elected and begun spouting his hypocritical nonsense that the Space Shuttle Columbia fell out of the sky, blizzards devastated the north of the US, hurricanes doing the same on the south-eastern seaboard, planes crashed into the Pentagon and the WTC, hurricane Catrina all but swept New Orleans from the earth…sounds like an allmighty “stop that bullshit and STOP USING MY NAME FOR IT” to me!!

Oh, and btw, thanks for not publishing my earlier comment on the guy who won the 1.000.000-clicks prayer contest.

There’s certenally a lot of hatefull speech going back and forth on this blog. I cant really understand it. I may only be fourteen but at least i can understnd that whether youre a republican or a demacrat you are honestly trying to do what you think is rirght for youre family and country. We may have opposing ideas on the ways to help our country but we share the same basic value system. The idea that september 11th was a way that God was punishing librals is more then ridiculous. Frankly it frightens me. I mean september 11th was a horriable tragedy not somthing God would partake in. At least not the God i pray to or belive nor any other True American. It is just as wrong o say it was punishment our presidents so called mistakes. Whether or not you agree with his policys you should at least have a level of respect for the position if not the man himself. I try to respect and understand evryone although i admitt its hard and i somtimes fail. He is simply doing what he hopes is the right thing. Thats all any of us can do. Besides which he was elected so while you have evry right to voice dissent or protest i think we should at least show some unity by showing respect for one another. Further i think the comments that are doing little more then poking fun at the christan faith, and faith in generall are rehrehensible. For youre information april many scientists have faith in God and the theory of evalution is just that a theory. If you choose to adhere to belifs that take away youre need for God thats youre buisness but in America we have freedom to openly practice our religion including in public forums. I do not however think its appropriate to tear down anothers faith just as it would be innapropriate for me to try to convert you to christianity. On a final note be at peace with one another. We are one country. One thing i thought we could take away from the horrific events of 9/11 was the idea that we are not republican or demacrat we are Americans.

January 11, 2007, marks the five-year anniversary of the first prisoners sent by the Bush administration from Afghanistan to the US Naval Base prison in Guatanamo Bay, Cuba. Over 770 prisoners have been incarcerated there in the subsequent five years, “the worst of the worst”, according to former secretary of defense Donald Rumsfeld.
After five years, only ten have been charged with any crime!!! 379 of the “worst of the worst” have been sent home with no charges and no apologies, after years of imprisonment, torture and other inhumane treatment.
What the Bush administration has done in the name of “national security” has undercut the moral and ethical foundation of our country.
To the world, the term “guantanamo” means inhumane treatment at best and torture as the norm. Plain and simple, no matter how the Bush adminstration tries to prase the definition of torture, we know it when we hear it: solitary confinement for months on end, extreme changes in temperature, waterboarding, beatings, deprivation of sleep, high intensity noise and light. If these “alternative” techniques were used on Bush, even he would call them torture!
“Guantanamo” stands for being outside of the law - no hearings, no notice of evidence, no habeas corpus for fellow human beings.
“Guantanamo” stands for shielding from prosecution for their illegal criminal activities those who have been involved in illegal detention, torture and rendition.
“Guantanamo” stand for the sacrifice of our morality and humanity by allowing the prison to stay open.
The US military must be removed from adjudicating “enemy combatants” cases. Instead, the federal courts must administer the laws of the United States against persons charged with “terrorist” crimes, as the courts have done in the past. The legal process for those accused of criminal, terrorist acts must be transparent and fair. The “Guantanamo Process” is neither.

The people bieng held at Guantanamo bay are not American citizens. Therefore they do not have the rights that we value. As for there human rights protected under the Geniva covention, well for starters they do not follow the geniva code when they capture are men, for example the soldiers beheaded by insurgents in Iraq. Further they do not wear a uniform or represent any individual country and do not make ditincion from military and civilan targets so they are not soldier. They are insurgents and spies. Spies during world war two were classiefied as enemy combatents and were given military tribunals instead of trials. As for the so called torture of these dangers to national security, while regrettableis in some cases nessary. If you belived these men had acsess to information that could save countless American lives are you trying to tell me you would politly ask him for the information? I highly doubt it. On a final note it was not just anyone we picked up and put in Gauntanamo it was Resisting Armed members of other nations such as Suadi Arabia who were inhabiting without cause Afganistan when we liberated it. Such people were suspicoise as they probbabley belonged to terrorist orginizations. Those that we have found were innocent were released. Which is more then they would do for us.

  25. matthew January 18th, 2007 3:25 pm

No i have not misunderstood. Gauntanomo is not a base where mostly innocents have been sent. They for the most part were not people who were in the wrong place at the wrong time. They were saudis and jordinians who were in afganistan resisting our troops. it is very likely that they were trained in terrorist camps.
