Cynthia McKinney : Brutal Assault on Police Officer

Am I dreaming or was/is an assault on a police officer a criminal offence? Why is this woman allowed to remain in her office? Why is she even considered to be reelected? How is this possible? I tell you how: The liberal spin machine is twisting and turning her action as if she was just acting in self defense. Don’t make me laugh. Ok, for all you dumb liberals out there. Listen to me. If you cross a barrier where you are normally expected to show identification and you don’t show identification and if a police officer calls you back and you don’t stop, you have to be prepared to be physically stopped by this officer and you have no right in the world to fight back or even assault him like this McKinney character did.
I just hope this poor man takes legal action against this disturbed person, because she needs to be taken down.

I am a Democrat and I feel disgusted by this woman. I think she is so racist against white people, and she wanted that white cop to stop her so she could play the race card. I think there is a real problem with racism against white people by blacks now a days. Honestly, you go to a McDonalds or anything and if you are being waited on by a black person they give you the dirtiest looks and don’t say thank you or anything even when you thank them, because they feel they are serving whites and they hate that. I feel I go out of my way to be kind to them to prove I’m not a racist and I shouldn’t even have to do that. Lets face it most racism in this country is over by now, the real problem in America we have now is discrimination against people not wealthy. For example say you are a store owner, you would hire a black person if they were gonna make sales for you. It cuts your own throat to be racist. I have seen at my work blacks guy get away milking the clock so many times and no one says anything cause their black but if it were me I’d be fired. Fill out a college application and see how you feel when you have to check white, you feel like you have less of a chance. Reverse racism such as with the congresswoman who had requested not to be checked by white cops before is the problem. Imagine if you were white and requested no black cops search you and then you hit a black cop you’d be in jail for sure. I am a democrat and proud to be one but when I say I believe in sticking up for the little guy and equal justice I mean equal!

These are sad time for white people. Look at South Africa. If you are white there you don’t get a job and you get beat up any chance they get.

I guess more than anything it shows how low the contempt has gone for what used to be an honorable and respected arena of our lives, public service in the Federal government. It’s pathetic the brain dead view from this woman. I feel sorry for guys like John (previous comment) who seem to represent a lone rational voice on the Democratic side of the aisle.
She should not only go to jail, but anyone who votes for her after this should be declared “too stupid to be allowed to vote”. In her arrogance, she’s a menace to democracy.

I have read some of this site and am usually shocked at the hatred and blind bigotry i find, but in this artical i have to voice my support.
We have simmilar issues in old blighty. In most cases the media take things out of proportion causing more problems than anything.
In my humble opinion, she broke the law and should be treated the same as everyone else. If i did something like that on a visit to your country i would expect to spend some time languishing in a cell, she should not be any different

Yes they arent treated as equals they are treated as people that every white person is in debted to, yet they commit more hate crimes than whites. Stop believing propoganda that blacks are treated unequally here. Come here first and visit the south and you’ll see now the white southerners are being oppressed.
I know damn well if I assulted a police officer not only would I be arrested, but in the process of that arrest I would be beat to shit. She shouldn’t get any special attention - she should of gotten the billy club.
