Thought of the Day - 14 : Our President meets with the Iraqi Government

Are you proud of our President? I am!!! He made the world safer, he helped make Iraq, a former member of the Axis of Evil a friend and ally in the War on Terror!
Just a couple of years ago Iraq was training and financing terrorist killers, please who kill innocent lives just in order to achive their political goals! Today our President can visit Iraq and it feels like visiting old friends or realtives.
God bless you Mr. President! I love you with all my heart for all the good you have done for America.
We will not cut and run, we will finish the job!

I dont know if we can trust all of Iraq…
And i dont think its PC to do what needs to be done. Just look at how much media attention that “massacre” had.
Whether “left” or “right” we need to realize that Iraq isnt a happy place yet. And probably wont be for a long time.
We are probably making enemies over there left and right, and it will take a generation (or two) to get the youngest of the generations over there not to hate us.
And if you remember, all it takes is a couple individuals to ruin our day…
And to define victory as a clear cut “win” is absurd. The innocents that died will never “win,” we werent there to repel an invading force. we went in to oust a government that we didnt like.
But hey as long as in time things are better over there (maybe without Sadam, there will be more money spent on civil improvement projects) and it will bring that part of the world not to hate us.
That would be the only way to “win”

Iraq has never financed or trained terrorists. And as a shock for you they never had biological weapons except once, but these ones had come from GWB?Ǭ¨?Ǭ•s daddy.

You are very ignorant! If “our President can visit Iraq and it feels like visiting old friends or realtives (sic)” why does he have to arrive at his friend’s in secret, without any prior annoucement…?
I doubt he would make any other such “official visits” without letting the country’s leader know of his impending arrival.
Oh, and by the way… please use your exclamation points sparingly (i.e. “I am!!!” Please realize that if you were to actually try to speak that phrase as written, you would give yourself an aneurysm which would rob all of us loyal readers of this enjoyable farce.

Iraq never financed OR trained terrorists because saddam was against all kinds of religious extremism(if you actually knew anything about politics you would know this) this includes muslim and christian extremism, so you would be right out.

And that’s exactly what he is doing. Everybody knows Iraq’s government is full of Bush and Cheney’s friends
And Iraq is now ready to be re-build by *good (bushed) enterprises*… Very nice … He was able to destroy a country using fallacious excuses (the famous unexistants ‘WOMD’) and now is giving royal contracts to his friends. That is the way a dictator rules its dictature…
What is more, his personnal convictions are taking over Law and Humanity principles. He, who is an ex-alcoholic, is sending people who are doing same mistakes as him in jail for years! What would he had done if he had’nt been GBush’s son ? He would surelly still be jailed.
So, seeing such a personn, almost elected (florida didn’t give its siege to reps, it was GWB’s brother who did) on the first time, punishing people for some stuff he personnaly did is absolutely shamefull.
From external view (out of U.S.A) GWB is seen as a jerk. But, jerk with nuke button is surelly the world dangerous WOMD we’ve seen in centuries ! That is how we see your beloved President…
