America: Stand Your Ground!

Dear Shelley,

Your insightful comments into so-called ?gun control?, and the comments your fellow free thinking individuals have posted in the Free Speech Zone have led me to a startling conclusion. While it is a truth, universally acknowledged that George W. Bush is by far the most charismatic, insightful leader America has seen since the other ?George W?, I think the time has come for George to take a leaf out of his equally charismatic and insightful brother Jeb?s book.

George and Jeb Bush
George and Jeb Bush: Two great American patriots. Truly this is America?s Golden Age ? God has blessed us with not one, but two charismatic, insightful leaders in the same generation!

The leaf to which I refer is of course Florida’s ?stand your ground? legislation which, I am glad to see has since been adopted by 24 of the other great United States of America, with many more on the way. Naturally, the liberal democ-rats with their insatiable appetite for ill informed scaremongering refer to this great act as the ?shoot first? or ?shoot to kill? legislation, when its proper name is in fact the ?self-defence act?, aka Castle Doctrine.

Charlton Heston
Charelton Heston ? the National Rifle Association’s President and ?a fearless patriot and defender of personal freedom?

What is this ?Castle Doctrine?, and how does it apply to America?s relations with the rest of the world I hear you ask? The answer to both is of course quite simple to all free thinking persons (i.e. non-liberals). Basically, the idea is that if you feel at all threatened by someone or something, you have the right to remove the threat before it actually materialises. This of course is just common sense to most of us, but if you need further clarification, check out this thought provoking essay, Fortifying the Right to Self Defence.

German
How would you react if a German like this one tried to take your handbag, your car or even your country? Would you act like a European, following the liberal ideal of ?duty to retreat???Hell no!

How does this relate to American Foreign Policy? As you are no doubt aware, the American government has shown remarkable restraint in recent times. One might even argue that it is been ?too soft? on godless aggressors such as Osama Bin Laden and his partner in crime, Saddam Hussein. Our great Commander in Chief, George W. Bush, has always stayed his mighty hand until the last possible moment to swiftly and decisively foil their nefarious heathen plans.

Colin Powell
Former US Secretary of State and decorated war hero Colin Powell presents irrefutable evidence to the so called ?United Nations?, showing how Saddam Hussein encouraged and supported Osama Bin Laden?s evil plans, and was busy hatching plans of his own to harm countless innocent Americans.?

It seems to me, dear Shelley, that whilst the world can be safe in the knowledge that George W. will always act in time to save the day, the world would be safer still if he acts as soon as a threat is detected, rather than waiting until moments before America?s enemies turn threat into reality. Iran and North Korea (commonly known as the ?Axis of Evil?) are both working day and night to perfect nuclear weapon and long range missile technology. America naturally perfected these and many other wonderful inventions decades ago. I think the time has come for America to lend a helping hand, and show these rouge states how such technologies work, rather than sitting back while they learn for themselves. What do you think?

Thermonuclear explosion
American innovation at work ? why should rouge nations have to go to all the trouble of learning to build their own long range nuclear missiles, when America can so easily show them exactly how it’s done? ?

Yours in Christ,
Michael Johnson.

I’m impressed, this is slightly less silly than usual.

You did not explain why gun control does not work though. I’m waiting.

God, when will you finally admit this website is just a satire, a big joke… it *is* getting old…

And if it’s not, well, I don’t even want to consider that possibility, it’s simply impossible

  5. Claude June 27th, 2006 6:51 pm

ther is only one way to deal with people who want to harm you: kill them before they kill you. it doent matter if it turns out they couldnt hert you in the first place…its always better safe than sorry!!!!

    What’s wrong with communism ?
Stalinism is wrong, communism has never been applied, anywhere in the world, it’s just an ideology.
By the way, your country is slightly ripping to decadence… “Evil Axe” countries have not to attack you, they just have to wait for you to suicide yourself.
American are seen, in the whole world, not as savior but as BFS… Big and Fat S*ck*r… Sorry for your self-estim.

“Osama Bin Laden and his partner in crime, Saddam Hussein.” well, this shows how little u know. It’s a well known fact that they cant stand each other. No wonder u americans are the laughing stock in the rest of the world for eating every word President Blush tells u.

“How would you react if a German like this one tried to take your handbag, your car or even your country?”
Do you really believe what you are writing? And what?¢‚Ǩ?°?É‚Äû?ɬ¥s you problem with Germany? Do you think, that this nice old hunter shown on one of your pictures really would take your handbag? I don?¢‚Ǩ?°?É‚Äû?ɬ¥t! Even George W tries to be a good friend with the German nation, believe it or not, but Germans aren?¢‚Ǩ?°?É‚Äû?ɬ¥t the bad guys anymore.

    Happy to be a German,
    happy to be European,
and happy to live in peace

  9. Michael June 28th, 2006 4:40 am

    Dear Andreas,

In part you speak the truth - “even George W tries to be a good friend with the German nation”. “tries” being the key word here. Is it possible to be good friends with a German? I think not! I won’t bore you with details of the depths of German depravity - they have been described at length by Shelley and her friends. Besides - you are German, so you hopefully understand your true nature as well.

As for George W, of course he tries to maintain good relations - that is what any God-fearing Christian would do. The whole point of this article is that sometimes he tries too hard to be friends and keep the peace.

    Michael.

Hey Michael, just tell us why you think Germans are “wrong” and do not tell me to read Shelleys articles, because i have read them and it is all b*llsh*t. So come on don?Ǭ¨?Ǭ•t be a fag and tell it with your own words.

  11. Business End June 28th, 2006 9:02 am

OK, this article has explained to me why an eagle (which is US symbol) never picks an opponent of his size and basically eats drop.

  12. j. June 28th, 2006 10:09 am

You people must be members of some neoKKK and i think that Shelley is the leader!

Michael, think for yourself, you seem like a sheep to me! Intellectually, Shelley is no better than Hitler.

By the way, that is your version of a german criminal??!
In Europe we normally use rifles to hunt as a sport but like we all know in the US there are some people intending to be snipers!!

I dont care how you manage your laws about guns since you dont bring them to Europe!

  13. Anonymous June 28th, 2006 10:33 am

I actually really enjoy how all of Shelley’s guest writers have a writing style very similar, if not exactly the same to her own. From word choice, to sentence structure, I am seriously beginning to believe that is in fact Shelley writing articles under different names to make it seem as though she has support for her ideals.

Just a little food for thought.

Oh, and by the way, I am a die hard Republican and Conservative, and Shelley, well, embarasses me.

  14. J. Feld June 28th, 2006 10:33 am

It’s our God given right to own a gun, as surely as it is to defend against totalitarian political correctness or a radical judicial branch, and the UN can’t take that away.

And those filthy Germans, nothing changes.

  15. Abdul Haq June 28th, 2006 11:43 am

Just goes to show what rubbish this site is, and that it’s not even an american one. You can’t even spell CHARLTON Heston’s name! Idiots!

  16. Michael June 28th, 2006 8:38 pm

    Dear Liberals and Europeans,

    1) This article is about American’s foreign policy, not gun control. That is a topic for another article. Please, read before you write.

    2) This web site is not satire - it is the real deal. American political debate will be so much more productive when liberals just accept that they are in the minority. Sure, express your views - that is one of the many benefits of living in a free society. Just don’t expect anybody else to agree with you.

    3) I do think for myself, and I agree with Shelley. Again, you Europeans need to accept that the rest of the world follows America’s lead because most people see her as our planet’s best hope for peace and prosperity in the future.

    4) Shelley is in no way similar to Hitler. Hitler was a German. Shelley is an American - what more need be said?

    5) As for my spelling, sure - I’ll probably never win a spelling bee. But come on, debate the issues like an intelligent adult. Nitpicking just shows that you have nothing to say to refute my (well researched) arguments.

    Michael.

  17. hum June 28th, 2006 10:09 pm

    1) ….
    2) 49,9% for democrat at the last elections so I’m not sure that they are a minority. If you want a constructive debate just use real fact and not only “clear evidence”
    3) I’m not sure that China follows America’s lead and china represente more thant 1/4 of humanity . Muslmim represent more than 1/6 of humanity , and I m not sure that they enjoy all USA vue.

    4) Both of Shelley and Hitler are fanatic. But Hitler was a monster with a brain , Shelley is just too stupid to be dangerous.

I will pray for you died brain tonigth.
Oh! No , I will not , because I never pray!

  18. Michael June 29th, 2006 1:42 am

    Dear Hun,

Come on, you know that voter turnout in America is quite low. 49.9% of a small, noisy minority on both sides of the political divide is still quite small in overall terms.

As for China, theirs sadly is NOT a free country (like America). Their leaders - those dozen or so “apalling waxworks” (to quote Prince Charles from the so-called “Great Britian”) may not like America, but the billions of hard working chinese peasants surely do. Just look at comment #1 above. Think how many chinese work day and night, making quality products for Americans to buy - if that isn’t a sign of affection, I don’t know what is! The same applies for arabian countries. How many of those have the freedom of expression Americans enjoy on a daily basis?

Shelley is not stupid at all. How can you say that? Have you ever spoken to her? Have you ever prayed with her? You do not know Shelly. I know Shelley - you should trust me on this.

    Michael.

    Hallo Shelley.

Most of us german do not have those old rifles. Since the wall opened we have AK-47 from rusia. Perhaps you change the picture.

btw. Your site ist one of my favorit. Go on Shelley!!! Great work! God bless you!

  21. Business End June 29th, 2006 6:58 am

Think how many chinese work day and night, making quality products for Americans to buy - if that isn?¢‚Ǩ?°?É‚Äû?ɬ¥t a sign of affection, I don?¢‚Ǩ?°?É‚Äû?ɬ¥t know what is!

Errr… the market, perhaps? You know, the same thing which is responsible for slavery. Free… almost free workforce and all that. I hope you’ll say these slaves from Africa arrived to North-American continent because of affection… Oh, and lands of Natives of North America were voluntarily given away to colonizers because of the same affection, I presume.

The same applies for arabian countries. How many of those have the freedom of expression Americans enjoy on a daily basis?

    How many need it?

  22. Michael June 29th, 2006 7:25 am

Everybody needs freedom. It is a basic human need like air and water.

That is why the Iragis and Afgans are so happy after being liberated by the Americans.

  23. Priapismus June 29th, 2006 7:47 am

    Dear Michael,

stop kidding, we all know this is satire.:)
You just can’t tell me that anyone would feel threatened by an old german hunter, who never ever will even consider going to America. Anyway, he would have to leave his rifle at home.
Ah, wait a moment, it’s comon knowledge that it’s quite easy to buy weapons in the U.S. Maybe you should keep on fearing this guy.

And just a side note to those with a lack of history education: Hitler was an austrain not a german.

  24. Business End June 29th, 2006 3:49 pm

Everybody needs freedom. It is a basic human need like air and water.

Air and water aren’t ‘basic human needs’. These are basic animal needs.

That is why the Iragis and Afgans are so happy after being liberated by the Americans.

I trust you did ask them personally. And I hope you hadn’t their children in gunsight when you asked.

  25. NoDeca June 29th, 2006 6:13 pm

michael, it’s funny you keep on preaching freedom when in fact your government is presenting amendment after amendment to reduce the rights you have. think “echelon”, think “SWIFT”, think “patriot act”, think “reducing labour unions power”…
your country has 37 milion poor people, are you telling me like shelley did it’s all their own fault?
if it’s your opinion to think it’s being free with no health care and the little there is is being taken away by bush, be my guest.
if it’s freedom to cut taxes for big and wealthy corporations and letting small businesses pay the bill, you can have it.
your country is throwing away money in high tech wars and masscorruption (yes, the body armour was paid but no soldier received theirs) while nation after nation is dumping their dollars.
so, have fun being free and burning your worthless dollars to keep warm in a few years:-)

or stand up and demand REAL democracy,
stop believing you have a choice in a corrupt two party system
    stop flocking and screaming sloganesque

Michael: You co-operate with Shelley to make us believe this whole site is not a parody? :)

I cant believe it, but I really like shelleytherepublican.com!

  27. EWALD June 30th, 2006 2:36 pm

Oh nay, the idiotic americans (shelley & co) always tends to forget that… Oh forget it. Nobody actually cares if the goverment is Liberal, Republic, Communist or whatever. It is just a way for bored americans (Shelley and co.) to keep themselves busy while other people actually have something important to do.
PS> Yay! Germamy won Argentina 4-2 (PSO)! Deutschland Ueberall!

“Is it possible to be good friends with a German? I think not!”

I am french, we fight with german people many time in our history, but now, french and german are friends. That’s the beauty of European Union.
For saying something like that, I think you’re a little bit rascist. Come in UE, there is no gun, no fight between nation, it’s very good to leae here.
    Ciao.

  29. ghostbar July 3rd, 2006 12:18 pm

    You’re a so fucking stupid!!

You don’t know what the fuck are you writing about!!!

You should better go and see if G.W. Bush needs someone to piss over… You’re good stuff for that, but anything else…

  30. Richard 23 July 8th, 2006 10:41 am

The truth looks like parody for those too stupid to understand. At least Shelley and Michael are brave enough to express the things that RINOs are afraid to say. Shelley is an honest to God genuine Republican! God bless you!

  31. Princeton July 19th, 2006 9:47 pm

    Everyone’s a little bit racist.. sometimes…

But Shelley and Co, calling you people Neo-Nazis would be insulting to the Neo-Nazi community.
