AIDS: God’s gift to Africa
Not long ago, my co-patriot and Republican intellectual, Shelley Goodman from Iowa asked this question: why is God punishing Africa with AIDS? (For her thoughts on the “dark continent”, click here). I have since been carrying out some extensive investigations and the answer will amaze you as much as it amazes me.
The only thing that isn’t surprising is the fact that the conclusions I have been led to once again prove the Wisdom and Justice of Our Great Lord God Above and the folly of the Liberal Fools who would deny him.
In short, God does not give AIDS to Africa out of hate. He does it out of His Great Compassion.
AIDS seen under a microscope in HIV form: Another of God’s great creations!
Ask yourself this question. What are the two biggest problems facing that benighted continent Africa today? I’m sure your answers will be the same as mine.
Problem (1): Excess of population.
Problem (2): Excess of sin.
Africa just has too many people. There isn’t enough money and food to go around and that’s why they’re poor, ugly and starving. As Shelley has already pointed out, millions of them have also rejected God’s truth and given themselves up to lies and everything else that goes with it, including rampant, mad promiscuous sex.
AIDS targets these sinners! It targets them and kills them dead, neutralising both the problems highlighted above in one fell swoop.
Isn’t God wise?!
And if you are African and worried about dying of AIDS, there’s no problem. All you have to do is start praying, go to Church and make sure you stop having sex with anyone apart from your legally wedded spouse (after making sure he/she doesn’t have the Devil disease of course!).
What could be simpler?
Christians in Africa are spearheading the campaign to prevent sin and ensure Christians avoid AIDS.
In spite of this great gift from God, can you believe that Liberals are promoting condom use in Africa to prevent AIDS? It’s crazy! Their evil hope is that in this way, the bad guys will get to live too. What’s more, these condom pimps long to create more sex-hungry sin whores. As that great man of God, Derek Gordon of Christian group Focus on the Family has said: “Condoms promote promiscuity. When you give a teen a condom, it gives them a license to go out and have sex.”

And as that great Republican congressman Henry Hyde has said:
“The best defense for preventing HIV transmission is practicing abstinence and being mutually faithful to a non-infected partner”.
This is especially true, because, far from preventing AIDS, condoms actually encourage it. What’s more, as Roman Catholic Bishops in Africa have been pointing out for years condoms are useless because they have little holes in them (too small even for the most powerful microscopes to see!) that let AIDS through ? as well as all that sin!
Condoms: Useless and evil. Don’t be fooled by the nice colors.
Once these Ugandans were given condoms by their government! Luckily George Bush stopped all that and persuaded their leaders to give them nothing but Christian good sense. A far better tonic!
That’s why I’m just glad our President is starving funds from organisations in Africa that promote condom use, encouraging governments to promote “abstinence only” programs and giving so many billions of dollars to Christian organisations who know how to deal with AIDS: Let the sinners catch it and let the righteous live. That’s the way to solve Africa’s problems!

II thought insane Christian Republicans were Pro-life. Sounds like some bodies flip-flop’in. I’m a republican myself, but this is too far. Aids runs wild in Africa because its a third world country and is in dire need of medical supplies. Jesus taught us to be compassionate and love our fellow man, not let him die a horrible death. Sin is why Africa has Aids? Why if you contracted the Aids virus by a simple blood transfusion? Then you would cry up the God and ask him why bad things happen to good people. You would scream until your face turned blue and then break down because you would lose everything you every loved and held dear. But no! You sit smug high on you delusional cloud laughing and mocking the genocide of your fellow brothers. You are the cause for American’s hatred without reason. You are why bad things happen to good people. You disgrace yourself and everyone around you with your willful ignorance. There will be no welcome for you in heaven nor in hell. It’s hard for good Christians to see them Africans die from Aids and starve but it’s not always easy to be a Christian and as we know. God is always compassionate but rarely chooses the easy way out!

Any sane person out there can deny the bullshit coming out of some of these bishops. The Vatican has been preaching abstinence and chastity to Africa for the last 50 years and these are the results of their meddling.
They should worry about the paedophiles in their midst before condemning others. I heard the Roman Catholic Church in the U.S. went bankrupt to avoid paying refunds to the victims of paedophile priests. And the new Pope instead of condemning these priests is raising them to positions of power in the Vatican itself, thus effectively hiding them thanks to their diplomatic status. You helped them a bit. But only after those japanese idiots attacked Pearl Harbor. Before that, you just stood at the side line encouraging your british and french “allies” while they got slaughtered in the thousands in the struggle for Europe. The russians did a bif part of the work anyway. Most German units were bound on the eastern front. If they would have been avaiable in 1944, The invasion would have been crushed. The headline of your article is “AIDS - God’s gift to Africa”. But, perhaps, God gives poison to many people because he loves seeing the people crying and dieng.
By the way: did you know what “gift” means in German?
The translation is “Geschenk”, but “Gift” also exists in our language: it does mean “poison”. Strange, don’t you think too? In some things Shelly was right.
Condom is not 100% protection against AIDS, neither against pregnancy. In real life condom gives you around 75% of protection - mostly because human factor, but anyway, we can’t avoid human factor. In Africa, this percentage is probably even lower.
Even medical science agree that the best protection against sexual diseases is:
1. Abstinece
2. Having sex only with the partner
3. Condom
Yes. Condom is on the 3th place.
And also in Africa, people live very promiscuitly, that is the reason of spreading HIV.
Uganda was for some time the only country which got success with reducing AIDS. They put a lot of energy to promote abstinence and faithfulness. Condoms were not forbidden, but they didn’t put a lot of energy to promote them.
Some African countries use now the same procedure as Uganda.

Listen, you’ve got your chronology all mixed up… Uganda was the most successful country in dealing with AIDS back when they aggressively promoted condom use. Then you Christians started messing around with things, effectively stopped the condom program, started promoting impossible to acheive absitinence and AIDS rates started climbing again. QED

Aggressive promotion of condoms were happening all over Africa. Humanitarian organisations are giving every day a lot of free condoms to the people - without success.
The fact is, that AIDS rates went lower after the promotion of abstinence and faithuflness to partner.

There really ought to be limits on what we do to try to make people laugh.
To think that some folks might ACTUALLY suggest that God would strike folks with AIDS b/c of their sins.
And, then to think that someone would try to pin this on the Christian God who is said to have absorbed the punishment of sin into Godself through the Christ.
