Representative Tom Foley resigned from the House of Representatives on Friday over allegations that he tried to solicit sex from underage boys.? If this is even true, it?s a tragedy when a good man succumbs to the demonic influence of the liberal media that broadcast sex twenty four hours a day, seven days a week and fifty-two weeks a year.? What?s truly hard to understand is the reaction of the Democrats.? Democrats from both sides of the aisle vocally condemned Representative Foley.? Given all that Democrats stand for you?d think they?d be throwing him a party paid for by the ACLU and NAMBLA.? We at Shelley The Republican dot com believes this points out the hypocrisy of liberals who harbors terrorists and keep sex slaves in their basements while condemning those whose only crime was to lose a battle with Satan.

Hey, have you heard the news? Seems like GWB?Ǭ¨?Ǭ•s Anti-Terror-Law has been approved by the congress. Luckily both the democrats and some republicans under Mr. McCain (or something like that) made some changes before agreeing to it. One of the biggest ones: Georgie is NOT allowed to change the Geneva Convention to what he likes it to be. Victory! Oh, and the supreme court might declare the law to be against the constitution! In that case Georgie would have to present his next versin to a democrat-dominated congress, cause November is coming fast.

I am not quite sure I understand the point you make about Foley: is it that it is not his fault he succumbed or that the Democrats are wrong to condemn him? If the latter, what would be your stance if they supported him?
What ‘truth about this affair’ is it that you have highlighted that was not already in the public domain?

Continues to say it wasn’t him until “forced” to leave office
Sends out a self server missive to the press about how

3. It still wasn’t me really, this is all a fabrication of the Left/Right/Middle press
4. If I did do it, it wasn’t my fault it was…..(pick your favourite poll matching/focus group bleeding heart)…Alcoholism/Pain medication/Sex addict…..Hey it’s not my fault
5. “For the sake of the party/family/Common sense/make up your own…..I feel I must wrestle with my demon which made me do it against my will
6. Say how the prayers and good will messages of the “real people” is a support and staff
7. Check your self into a very comfortable establishment that will “cure” your REAL addiction, not your pederastic urges note.
8. After a nice relaxing break and having worked on you golf swing return to public life with a statement of how (repeat all said in 1-6) has helped and cured you of your underlying demon
9. After a grace period of about 1 year return to your start point in politics with a renewed fervor to fight. If you’ve been a real bad lad get a gig as an incredibly well paid lobbyist.

If they’re going to go around attacking others for not living up to their professed values, it’s a damn good idea to be truthful and actually walk the walk. Logs and motes in the eye, glass houses, kettle’s and pots, and what goes around eventually comes around, et al. Karma’s a bitch when She finally decides enough is enough! This wouldn’t have been so bad on Republicans if they hadn’t been such arrogant hypocrites in order to corner the so-called values voters! Now the Two Candlesticks and Two Witnesses (Truth and Justice) are breathing fire and raining hailstones!

The current scandal involving Congressman Foley is merely the latest in an amazingly long list of blatant deception and duplicity by Republicans and the Christian Right in recent years. While bedeviling us all with their holier-than-thou pretenses, they consistently support and/or perform blatant greed and abominable evil. Never forget the extent of their arrogance over the last two decades and especially the last 6 years. It is beyond amazing that Christians continue to blindly support such obviously blatant scoundrels, even as they are repeatedly exposed going against the most basic of human values. The level of hypocrisy and duplicity boggles the mind. There is no longer any doubt, whatsoever, that Christianity is little more than a purposeful deception used by political and religious leaders to dupe, manipulate, and coerce entire populations into giving them wealth and power, which they always use for greed, injustice, and abominable evils.
The actions of Foley and those who covered up for him directly parallel the actions of scores of priests that have raped innocent children, preyed upon others for centuries, and had their actions hidden and abetted by the Vatican. Now, in eerie repetition of Vatican history, we have a power hungry Christian Emperor (GW) working closely with the Vatican and Judeo-Christian aristocrats to lead crusades in the so-called Holy Land. Furthermore, to leave little doubt about the reality of this assessment, the USA, as the new Holy Roman Empire, is about to legalize the torture it has perpetrated in recent years while steadily reversing many of the democratic and civil freedoms that people gained when the Vatican and royalty lost control of their European empire at the turn of the nineteenth century. Now we see them following the same old path of evil as they strive to cement the status of the USA as the latest proxy Vatican empire. Make no mistake about it, the new dark ages are looming on the horizon unless we do something proactive to prevent it.
Remember that those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it!
