Today marks the 34th anniversary of the American Holocaust which so far had killed more than 60 million Americans.? 60 million Americans.? That?s more than ten times the reported number of Jews killed during WWII and yet Americans just yawn and turn on Wife Swap instead.? It?s time to put an end to baby killing.? If y?all can?t see that it violates God?s laws, then what about the Constitution?? A pre-born don?t get the right to confront his or her accuser ? that breaks the 6th amendment.? Having the brains sucked out of your head, well, I?d call that ?cruel and unusual? and that violates the 8th amendment.? And the poor murdered baby certainly didn?t get any ?due process? as the 14th amendment requires.? The Declaration of Independence say that we are all endowed by our creator with certain unalienable rights, among them life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.? So why do we deny that privilege to over 60 million Americans?

A pre-born is not legally considered to be either a human or a citicen of the United States…
In the end, just for the records: My opinion about abortion is a simple one: If the live of the mother is in danger than abortion should be a legal option. Otherwise just give the kid free for adoption. Although, if a women is to face major discrimination or even danger for being pregnant outside her marriage, abortion should be allowed, too. Otherwise not.

i would be interested if you could show me the brain on a picture of some 8 week old cells, if u can show me exactly where the brain is (without secondary literature…ok in your case thats not even an option to do so, i guess) than u have my permission to speak about “having the brain sucked out of your head”.
When i read the title, i thought that you actually would talk about an issue of interest, namely the 9/11 1973 in Chile. think about that…are you finished? well hurry up!
I agree with Proud German, if the woman is in danger let her get an abortion, otherwise give the kid to adoption.
My idea is pretty simple if you dont want a child dont have sex or use contraception!!!! The only possible exception would be rape.
If your religious belief teaches you that a clump of cells that cannot think, feel pain, empathize, take care of itself, or live outside of its mother’s womb, then do not have an abortion!
For the rest of us, who have used reason and liberty as our basis for understanding, I don’t want a government to impose sanctions on a woman who becomes pregnant, and I also think that the abortion of a fetus, while sad, is not murder. If it were, then God is guilty of murdering TWICE as many children every year, because half of all pregnancies end in spontaneous abortion (i.e. miscarriage).
Lastly, if you want the number of abortions to fall, you don’t ban abortion or yell at women outside of a clinic, you give out birth control, you teach women to not get pregnant, and you support greater equality in education. The reason for a lot of abortions is that people are too poor to care for children and lack the education to know how to prevent pregnancy.
