How Evil-utionists destroy the careers of Darwin-dissenters
Supposing your baby had a brain tumor ? what kind of surgeon would you choose to operate on your child? Would you select a simpering coward, a doctor who has no distinguishing feature other than a play-it-safe reputation of competent neurosurgery, and a willingness to follow the received opinion of the medical consensus without question?
Or would you instead seek out a brilliant doctor? A doctor with an open-mind who is willing to adopt new ideas, even ideas which are rejected by the majority of his peers. A doctor who is prepared to take risks with his reputation in order to defend the truth even if his fellow scientists condemn him, even if Time magazine incorrectly brands him a fool. A doctor who is willing to stay cool even when he puts his reputation on the line for the good of science, medicine and humanity? That’s the doctor I would want:

Dr. Michael Egnor: Scientist, Genius, Scholar and healer. He is a pioneer of new and radical brain surgery techniques. In a recent interview with “Answers in Genesis” he explained that because of his faith in Jesus, God reveales new brain-procedures to him in his dreams. This is why he is regarded as one of the world’s most creative brain-doctors.
The brilliant Dr. Michael Egnor is one of the world’s finest brain-surgeons and also an advocate of Intelligent Design. He is regarded amongst fellow surgeons as a genius and a pioneer of new and radical brain surgery techniques. Egnor is a professor of neurosurgery and pediatrics at State University of New York, Stony Brook and an award winning brain-surgeon named one of New York’s best doctors by New York Magazine. He is a committed Christian and a proud husband and father. He is what you might call a pillar of the community.
Who could be better to provide an authoritative criticism of neo-darwinism than a fully-qualified neurosurgeon who also majored in biochemistry? Unfortunately because he is willing to stand up for the truth, he has become the latest in a long line of victims of the Darwinist / Evolutionist hate-campaign that has overwhelmed mainstream science.

The human brain, one of the most magnificient of God’s designs. Would you trust a brain-surgeon who does not have a personal relationship with Jesus? Would you trust a doctor who does not pray? According to a study by the STR.com think tank, the best doctors receive medical advice from Jesus Christ, our personal savior.
One does not have to be Sherlock Holmes to identify the evolutionist’s tactic: They are playing exactly the same conspiracy they always do. They pick out a single individual who has dared to stand up for the truth and expose him to their particularly savage brand of ridicule in order to destroy his reputation.
Evolutionist terrorist cells have received their orders to unleash a full barrage of hurtful satirical remarks at this great doctor in order to destroy his reputation. Indeed, it is precisely because of Dr Egnor’s impeccable qualifications and reputation that he has been chosen as their next victim. For example, a recent blog post by the angry left-wing blogger P Z Myers cannot find any technical faults with Egnor’s arguments, and is therefore forced to sabotage the doctor’s good name in order frighten other scientists into concealing their dissent from Darwinism.
It is their earnest hope that next time a concerned parent searches for Dr. Michael Egnor they will find a page of false accusations claiming that he is a ?credulous fool? and who believes in an ?absurd pseudo-science? and is therefore unfit to perform complex brain-surgery. They are clearly trying to frighten patients away from this great and talented brain doctor.
I do recommend that you glance at PZ Myres’ angry rant and the ignorant Time Magazine article that began this unprovoked persecution. It’s a good example of how not to make a scientific argument. While Myers’ arguments have a superficial ring of credibility he should be aware that all of the arguments he makes are utterly refuted in ?Darwin’s Black Box? by Michael Behe. For somebody who claims to be a scientist, I find his lack of knowledge of Intelligent Design concepts to be astonishing.
Finally, I think we can all see the coordinated attacks orchestrated by the Evolution Mafia as symptomatic of a science in decline. If there was any value in Darwinism then they would be able to debate evolutionist ideas with us in an open and honest manner. The fact that they cannot do so without misrepresenting facts and resorting to logical fallacy is significant proof that they know they have been defeated by our indisputable facts.

I wouldn’t trust any nut that said he gets brain surgery advice from Jesus.
Jesus healed people by casting out demons. He said that all illnesses could be cured in this way.
Using scalpels, drugs and lasers for healing sounds like the kind of thing a witch would do. And there’s only one thing to do with a witch: burning. Or hanging.
God is love!

I?Ǭ¨?Ǭ•d take No. 1. Better not take any chances!

Definitively yes. I don?Ǭ¨?Ǭ•t know how it works in the USA, but here to become a brain-surgeon, one has to be a top-notch surgeon to begin with.
@Bren: AMEN!
Other than that, just because you know some biochemistry, it does not make you a specialist regarding evoution.

IMPEACH BUSH!

The results speak for themselves. All surgeons should be getting such advice.
This is why I hate Christians
Oh, get real. Egnor is a successful neurosurgeon, a member of a profession that has a significant creationist presence. His career isn’t ruined by a long shot, and attempting to imply that he is something like a martyr is ludicrous.
The real question is why an obvious leader in his particular field of medicine gives an interview to ‘Answers in Genesis’, an outfit that believes the Earth is only 6,000 years old. Do YOU believe that the Earth is only 6,000 years old, Shelley?
Color THIS Christian unimpressed, either with your article or Dr. Egnor’s claims regarding a field that he obviously knows very little about!

You use of the made-up word “evil-ultionist” makes your bias against science quite clear.
If there is one thing that these comments and other blogs about the doctor scientifically verify, it is that the evolutionists are so full of hate that it comes gurgling up at every peck on the keyboard.
Since the creationists have been repeating the same lies for 20 years, it’s hard to avoid hating them. When they try to teach their non-science nonsense in a high school classroom, they got smacked down pretty hard by a Republican judge.
