The Anniversary Of A Senseless Death
Two years ago today, the United States Government?succeeded in torturing?a vibrant young woman in the prime of her life to death.? She didn’t break no laws.? She didn’t hurt nobody.? So what was her crime?? She didn’t commit a crime.? Her husband just got tired of her so he asked the?activist judges?to kill her and they said sure, why not.

We’re all responsible for killing Terri Schiavo and we should all beg God for forgiveness.
I saw a bumper sticker the other day that said “If you ain’t outraged, you ain’t paying attention”.? I don’t think I coulda said it any better myself.
We miss you Terri!? I hope you’ll tell Jesus that we tried everything we could!

6 commentsStr now BANNED in Germany
Friends,
I just received a disturbing email from one of our German supporters:
“Dear Shelley,
the situation is getting worst here of Germany. I was visiting the internet cafe today and I was shocked to know that your website is banned in Germany. Please find attacked an actual screenshot. It basically says that the website shelleytherepublican.com contains images and texts that will be unsuitable for citizens of the German Reich. Any attempts of reading banned websites will result in drakonian punishment. But it’s not only your website they are banning. Take a look at Cnn. What they write on Cnn.de is much different than what they write on Cnn.com. Shelley, I don’t think we can do anything about it, but at last I want you and your readers to know what is going on.
All the best from Zwickau.
Signed,
Rainer John”
I don’t like to say it but I just have to: I TOLD YOU SO! Germany is definitely turning nazi again. I keep writing about this for years!
Thanks for your letter, John. I hope you are well.
Thanks for reading.

6 commentsRemembering Reagan - The HUAC Testimony
?Ivan,? Ronald Reagan whispered to himself as he headed into the House Chambers to testify before the House UnAmerican? Activities Committee, ?wish me luck, old friend.?

President Reagan never forgot his pen-pal, Ivan, who was slaughtered
by the commies in the October Revolution
The year was 1947 and America, fresh from cleaning up the filth abroad in Krautland and Japland looked inward to cleanse itself.? Commies.? Lousy, filthy, rotten, stinking, vile?commies.? While good Americans fought the good fight abroad, commies wasted no time infiltrating the culture and even the government itself.
Reagan, who?d wanted more than ever to get some Nazi or Jap blood on his hand (preferably both, he?d often say) wound up staying state-side, far from the action, making training films for our brave fighting boys.

President Reagan wanted nothing more than to personally
kill Tojo and Hitler.
?Well, General,? he said with trade-mark sincerity, ?I don?t mean to tell you your job but it seems a mighty big waste to stick an able-bodied man such as myself in front of a camera instead of the front lines.?
The General took the measure of the young captain.? True, he was strapping.? True, he?d be an asset in battle.? However, he couldn?t very well let this young subordinate make decisions for him.? Captain Reagan spent the next week doing voice-overs for syphilis cartoons which is as close to KP duty as that unit could get.

President Reagan learned early what hot-headedness got you -
narrating VD films.
The future president knew that a lot was riding on this.? Not only would this strike a blow for his dead pen-pal, Ivan, but the future of the United States?which he would some day lead.? Not only that, but a wrong word could blow his acting career?and his cover.? As president of the Screen Actors Guild, most commies found him above suspicion and actively tried to recruit him into the ?Red brotherhood?.? Reagan let them talk, listened hard?and reported back to the FBI.
His handlers worked every angle to keep him from testifying.? One wrong move and Hollywood could go commie and stay that way.? Hadn?t they already made ?Mission to Moscow??? In the end, even President Truman couldn?t find a way out.? It was a Catch-22 ? If he didn?t testify, it would look suspicious and if he did testify and didn?t play the scene to perfection then there?d be a Red behind every piece of scenery on the lot just waiting to be the one that caused the ?accident?.

President Reagan’s testimony could have endangered his life.? And on a
soundstage a murder could be made to look like an accident
They needn?t have worried, of course.? Reagan turned on the charm like the neon at the Brown Derby.? He didn?t think commies were a big problem in Hollywood but they were there.? He didn?t like ?em but this was America, right?? He wouldn?t take any guff from commies but he wouldn?t take any guff from anybody.? And then he wowed ?em with a big finish, a real tear-jerker of a speech, the kind Frank Capra would give his eye-teeth to film.
?Sir, if I might, in regard to that, say that what I was trying to express, and didn?t do very well, was also this other fear. I detest, I abhor their philosophy, but I detest more than that their tactics, which are those of the fifth column, and are dishonest, but at the same time I never as a citizen want to see our country become urged, by either fear or resentment of this group, that we ever compromise with any of our democratic principles through that fear or resentment. I still think that democracy can do it.?
Jackpot.

President Reagan’s testimony came up all sevens and he started
his pattern of making monkeys out of the commies
The FBI boys in the back of the room mopped their brows and slipped each other some skin.? ?Well, all reet!? He?s a cool customer, that Reagan guy,? said one, ?I oughta see more of his pix.?
As Reagan stood to leave, Roy Cohn sidled up beside him.? ?Heckuva job, Ronnie,? Cohn said, ?with a speech like that, you could be president some day.?
Reagan blushed and thanked him.? He looked heavenward.
?Well, Ivan,? he whispered to himself, ?I think we done good.?

4 commentsLeft-wing media’s shameful betrayal of America
Friends,
We’ve all met the sort who says one thing to your face, but when your back is turned they sing a totally different tune. It’s a sad fact of life that this sort of thing happens all the time: nobody likes to be lied to. But what if it’s a whole nation that’s being betrayed?
The liberal media wants us all to think that they support America - they want us to think that they wouldn’t dare say shameful things about our President, but what do they do when they think Americans are not looking:

Ultra-leftists “Newsweek” wouldn’t dare publish a story called “Losing Afghanistan” within the USA, because they know that nobody in America would believe their lies. How is it that Newsweek feel content to publish pro-Taliban propaganda?
And now Time magazine show their true colours: The American edition lead with a story entitled “Why We Should Teach The Bible In Public School”, a sensible statement that every American who has not had their mind destroyed by liberal culture would agree with, but look at what the other editions of the same week’s Time Magazine have on their cover: Could this betrayal of American values be any more obvious?
Why are Time magazine ashamed of the Bible? Why do both Time and Newsweek promote the Taliban and make false claims that we have not already won the war in Afghanistan? I cannot think of any other answer than the fact that the editors of both of these magazines hate both America and the Freedom that George W. Bush fights to keep for us.
Yours in Christ,
Tristan J. Shuddery

Today marks the 30th anniversary of the Focus on the Family ministry and we here at Shelley The Republican want to offer our heartfelt congratulations to Dr. James Dobson and thank the Lord for putting him on this Earth.? For 30 years, Dr. Dobson has worked tirelessly to let us know that the family as defined by God is on the verge of extinction.?? In those 30 years his ministry grew from a two person office in California to a 49 acre site in Colorado Springs and a staff of 1300.? Armed with a warehouse full of reasonably priced books, pamphlets, tapes, CDs, DVD, posters, prayer plans and even hats and t-shirts, Focus on the Family continues to arm the world against the armies of Satan who, if we don?t act soon, will destroy our families forever.? God bless you, Dr. Dobson and here?s to thirty more years of keeping Satan at bay
