Do you ever wonder where the idea of friendship actually came from? It’s the sort of thing I wonder about all the time. Did you know that before the time of Jesus, friendship did not even exist. There is no evidence of what you or I would call a friendship before the time of Christ.

You might say, Jesus invented the whole concept: Consider the 12 disciples - a small group of men, drawn together for companionship and to do God’s work, but most of all to serve Jesus Christ. Isn’t that the very definition of friendship?

“Hey, lets go do some murders”, “Why not - after all, we are atheists, so what is stopping us”, “Yeah - murdering is cool” - This dialogue might seem outlandish to you, but not to an atheist, who lacking a moral compass has no particular objection to murder, or any other kind of criminal activity.

Before Jesus’ time, men would gather; there’s plenty of evidence of that: But with what purpose? Most likely to drink, brawl, brag about how many babies they had aborted and eventually sodomize each other. That is what counts as friendship amongst atheists, so what must we think of a man who calls himself “The Friendly Atheist“? Well it just so happens that we bumped into that self-publicizing enemy of STR.com, and every American: Hemant Mehta, a.k.a. the Friendly Atheist, but when he saw him and his rabble of godless cronies he was anything but friendly:

We circulated this warning poster to our congregation and corporate donors; I did not ever expect to see Mr Mehta again once we told him his godless writing was not welcome.

Monday saw the grand opening of our Creation Museum. I’m no boaster, but please believe me when I say that without ShelleyTheRepublican.com and our corporate sponsors this museum may never have been built. Shelley was the guest of honor; I guess it was their way of thanking all of us for our tireless fund-raising.As Shelley’s Hummer approached the museum, we could see that all was not right: A rabble of anti-science atheist protesters had gathered outside the museum in order to express their shrill anger that America’s God-given constitution permits people to hold opinions that differ with their own. It was there we saw Hemant, and a bunch of his cronies including Atheistic trouble-maker Nicole Smalowski (who’s misbehaviour we have previously reported on).

I took this photo of evil atheist troublemaker Nicole Smalowski all by myself on my own camera; She wouldnt be grinning like this if she truly understood that her misdeeds are guaranteeing her a place in Hell.

Of course, as soon as we saw them Shelley correctly pointed out that our duty was to photograph their anti-freedom activism and ensure that the Department of homeland security is fully informed, but first we wanted to have our sport with these enemies of God. Jesus had told Shelley to expect this kind of trouble: She had prepared Dum Dum lollipops, each with a special message on the wrapper:

If there is no God??
A believer loses nothing at death.
If there is a God??
An Atheist loses everything at death.
Who, then, is being a dum dum?

We handed them out to the rabble outside the museum, ensuring that every one of the atheists got one; When the atheists read God’s message on the wrapper they were struck utterly speechless: I’m sure one or two of them were converted by the words that Jesus told Shelley to write.

On the whole, Metha’s protest was weak and uninspired: He eventually swallowed his pride and joined the hundreds of families who were here to learn about God’s creation in the museum. I’m pretty sure that he was impressed by what we had built, and I wouldnt be surprised if he eventually comes round to our way of thinking: Heck, if Cindy Sheehan can repent, then so can a small-time Atheist like Mehta!

PS, A warning about Mr Mehta: He’s recently written a book (Jesus does not want me to mention it’s title here), bragging that he sold his soul on eBay. Now there’s a few hate-crazed liberals who think that’s a pretty smart idea; but ever since then he’s been touring round Churches, disguising himself as a Christian and trying to make trouble by writing about them on his hate-filled blog. If you see him (and he’s kind of funny looking), the best thing for you to do is throw him out of your Church and tell him never to come back. We should congratulate ourselves; Evil pro-islamic campaigner Cindy Sheehan has resigned from the Democratic party, and has committed to giving up her opposition to George W. Bush’s sensible plans to bring freedom and Christianity to the Iraquis!

Did Cindy Sheehan hate America? Why else would she have given her support to Al-Queda? Finally she has come to her senses, and that is why she has been crossed-off God’s Hitlist.

STR.com has long campaigned against this evil traitor; And one way or another we knew that our Prayers to stop her Anti-American hate-speech would be answered. It looks like Jesus has done something about her: a miracle has occurred. Cindy has given up her hateful campaign against freedom, she’s stopped disrespecting our democratically elected Christian President and most of all she has renounced the people who hate America most: The Democrats.

I, for one wondered why Cindy didn’t give up last year when God smote her with a “gynocological condition”; Most people who find themselves in hospital use it as an opportunity to think why it is that God has sent them there. God in his mercy did not see fit to kill her, possibly because he wanted her to be an example of how the power of prayer can turn a person away from evil, and towards the light.

Is Sheehan ready to renounce her criminal ways? With God’s help, yes: STR.com and YOUR prayers were instrumental in turning this woman from her old ways of evil. Let’s hope she’ll start working
on flattening her stomach so that she can find a new husband.

Cindy has promised to spend more time in the home, looking after her family; A sentiment that we can all agree with, because this is a woman’s proper role. If Cindy can keep to her word, we will be able to cross her name from God’s hit-list; and this will be a great day on heaven and earth!

we at STR have warned you several times about the Chinese, now this report surfaced: The Chinese eat human fetuses.

The one child per family rule in China makes it extremely easy to get a hold of aborted fetuses. You basically just have to go to a hospital and ask for them.

Some liberals defend this disgusting practice. They justify these horrible acts as part of the Chinese culture and we would have no right to judge them.

A Chinamen is eating a baby. Don’t support this kind of abomination! Boycott China wherever you can!

The so called Pro-Choice advocates say the following:

• If the babies are being aborted anyway, why not put them to good use, to better human life and to give treatment to others who need it? (correlation: embryonic stem cell justification)
• The fetus is not a person.
• The fetus has no rights.
• Why put the rights of a fetus above an adult who could use the nutrients from the baby to live a longer and more healthy life and thus be benefited from it?
• The fetus has no soul, therefore eating it is the same as eating an animal.
• You just care about a fetus more than you care about people’s health.
• You hate people, and you love fetuses.
• If you’re opposed to eating fetuses, don’t eat one. Eating fetuses is a personal choice that each person should have the choice to make.
• You don’t support fetuses being eaten but you support capital punishment. You’re a hypocrite.

Some animal rights advocates even go so far as to applaud this form of cannibalism because less animals would be slaughtered.

Few very disturbed liberals even propose eating death humans as a way of preserve the nutritional value. I don’t know if this site is serious or just some sick liberal joke. Either way it proves that liberals are sick! They need to be taken care of!

What does it mean to be a great scientist? There are some who think a scientist should spend his life in his ivory tower, amongst papers and complex laboratory instruments. They say scientists should spend their lives picking away at obscure theories dreamt up by long-dead nerds, only to squirrel their research away in some academic thesis written in a strange language that nobody who speaks God’s English can understand. That person may be a scientist, but he certainly is not a great scientist.

The bookworm: Nobody does science by writing a bunch of dull papers; Who the heck cares about that stuff anyway?

There is another breed of researcher: Brave, Impulsive, Intuitive and unafraid of defying the consensus. This kind of scientist is more at home in the church or school-house than a dusty laboratory. He follows truth like a bloodhound follows the scent of a wetback. This sort of scientist thinks up ideas so great, they do not even need to be tested because everybody who listens with an open-mind just knows they are right. This guy doesn’t just publish papers: he writes best-selling books and movies that help people all under the world understand God’s creation. Now that is what I call a great scientist.

The true genius: He follows science wherever it leads, even if others are afraid.

So if you were deciding which of these two fellows to offer tenure to, which of these two fellows would you choose? The simpering coward or the bold truth-warrior? Funnily enough, Iowa State University just rejected one of the greatest scientists in the world - and the reason: Anti-Christian persecution.

Let me introduce Guillermo Gonzalez, one of the worlds greatest scientists and inventor of what one day will be shown to be the most important scientific discovery since Intelligent Design. Guillermo who is a fellow of the Discovery Institute and a close friend of Shelley The Republican.

This is one of the best and most important science books ever. Why is it that it is not compulsory for kids in school to read it? The answer is clear: Anti-Christian persecution.

Guillermo is credited as the discoverer of the “Privileged Planet” theory: The observation that it is incredibly unlikely that our planet, and it’s particular place in the universe could not have come about by sheer chance, and therefore the whole universe must have been designed by God. Why is it that this simple and obvious principle is regarded as controversial by the ultra-leftist whack-jobs at Iowa State University?

Guillermo Gonzales was guided by Jesus from the godless land of communist Cuba to teach Astronomy at ISU; Perhaps Jesus intended for him to become a martyr so that we can all learn a lesson?

The simple answer is that Professor Gonzales is yet another victim of the atheist conspiracy of hate that we Christians have to suffer every single day. Look at what Denys Oleary, one of the world’s most trusted investigative journalists has to say:

“It is well known that Hector Avalos, a religion prof who professes himself a secular humanist, and is faculty adviser to students who profess the same, has tried to stir up the faculty and community against Gonzalez via a petition signed by 120 faculty members - on account of Gonzalez’s personal interest in an intelligent design hypothesis as an explanation for his findings.”

Why would 120 fellow researchers gang up against one defenceless professor? Would it be because they are jealous that he has published a highly popular book which was turned into a box-office smash movie? Or is it because they are afraid that he might be on to something. O’leary adds:

“Now, materialism is shot to pieces anyway, and has been ever since quantum mechanics began to be understood. But hordes of tenured mediocrities still compel tax money from the public to defend their dissolving empire, and persecute anyone who threatens it.”

Denys Oleary: One of the world’s greatest science journalists. Why is it that the major publications avoid her work? This is another example of persecution against Christians.

These are sobering words indeed! If only all the scientists in the world writers shared O’leary’s grasp of quantum theory Guillermo Gonzales would have been awarded the tenure he deserves. It’s plain to see that ISU just could not stomach the idea of giving tenure to a scientist who has the courage to reinvent the very concept of science.

Dear Dr. Geoffroy,

Anyone familiar with the case of Astronomer Guillermo Gonzalez suspects that he was not denied tenure at Iowa State for lack of academic excellence–he has nearly 70 peer-reviewed publications, including an article in Scientific American, and Nature and Science have run articles about his work–but because of his expressed view (expressed only OUTSIDE the classroom) that certain features of the universe can be considered as evidence of design. This is in fact a widely held view among scientists: for example, it is a well-established fact–established through many peer-reviewed scientific articles–that most of the basic physical constants of our universe, such as Planck’s constant, the speed of light, the charge and mass of the electron, and so on, had to have nearly the values that they do have or intelligent life would not have been possible anywhere in the universe. There are only two widely-held interpretations for this so-called “fine tuning.” One is that the fortuitous values of these constants are the result of design, the other is that there are many universes, with varying values for these constants, and that life arose in ours because the values here were favorable to the development of life. Neither view is strictly scientific, because both the alleged designer and the alleged other universes are in principle unobservable. There are quite a number of scientists who prefer the design explanation. Dr. Gonzalez may be in the minority, but it is a very sizable minority, and most members of this minority are free to express this point of view at their respective institutions without fear of academic punishment.

Dr. Gonzalez has in fact, through peer-reviewed publications, added significantly to the list of features in our universe which may suggest design. He has rarely, if ever, spoken publicly in support of the less widely-held view that certain features of biological evolution also suggest design, but apparently his association with the Discovery Institute’s Center for Science and Culture, which does hold this view, was more than could be tolerated by some faculty members at ISU. His views were criticized in a letter drafted by a professor of religion, Hector Avalos, and signed by 120 ISU professors, and we suspect that this letter played an important role in the tenure decision.

Your decision to deny tenure to Guillermo Gonzalez, unless reversed, sends a clear message to the rest of the academic world that only some philosophical points of view are welcome at Iowa State University. Academic freedom is meaningless if it is limited to certain philosophies. Please reconsider your decision.

Or will it undermine their faith causing the poison to travel into the state and, finally, national government and the next thing you know their voting with Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid to let our boys die in Iraq?

Imagine the poor little second grader going to sleep that night, tossing and turning with visions of a big burly man in a dress chasing after him.? I’d call that child abuse sanctioned by the government!? That boy is gonna grow up not knowing what’s what.? Ten years after the fact, when his battalions getting ready to go over to Iraq, he’s still gonna be having those same dreams.? Do you think that’s gonna make him a better or worse soldier?? I think the answer is pretty clear on that one.

How can future generations fight the War On Terror when their
dreams are haunted by the memories of transvestite
city managers they met on innocent field trips?
