Yep a video like that means the Republicans are running scared and it’s time for a change. I’m Republican and in the primaries I’m voting for Ron Paul. If he doesn’t win then it’s Democratic Party right down the line for me baby!!!! Throw the bums out.

And just imagine the nightmares our kids would have if they had to see Hillary ROD-Ham Clinton every night having to explain why it was ok for her and Bill and her lesbian lover to share the White House bed! I don’t remember where I heard it but someone did a poll where if the 2008 election was held today President Bush would win…AGAIN!

You might be interested to know that there was a story about an ancient greek called Odysseus, who escape from after waging a just war against Troy, an Arabian nation, to return to his homeland and his wife Penelope. On the way his ship had to pass by the sirens. He told his crewmates to stuff his ears with wax so he would not hear their seductive song. He survived and got home to Penelope.
Its about time the USA stuffed their ears with wax. President Bush told us it would be a long journey, and the war with terrorism will never end. No sacrifice is too great to make to reach our goal. And what a goal it is! A goal without terrorism!

I have no problems with my good Republican friends. However, George Bush did gain more support by trying to bring more religious aspects into politics. That’s foul play. He also did lie. He lied about why we were going to Iraq. He lied about nuclear weapons. You know that we haven’t found any. Then after toppling Saddam, we wnet after Al Quadea, who was our real enemy all along. Of course, without Saddam, Iraq has fallen into chaos, with hundreds dying everyday. Now we can’t leave. We can only ship more and more troops off to die in the hell hole that has become Iraq. To make things worse, were no closer to victory than we were before we even got into this conflict. And if we do leave, then Al Quadea will topple the new Iraqi government, and come after the US. Bush has placed us in a hopeless situation.

I don’t recall Odysseus blaspheming, although he might have unnecessarily cussed once or twice. I do recall that he outwitted the gods, he was admired for his wit. Unlike of course the mighty Diomedes, who drew ichor of a god in battle (a floozy admittedly).
Of course the good goddess Athena was always his best friend. Wasn’t it a problem between Poseidon and Athena or some such that caused the 10 year problem? I can’t exactly recall. The CIA would have a file on this. Do you think Odysseus would be on the airport banned list nowadays? I certainly would have second thoughts being on the same plane as him. Zeus would flick down a few lazy lightening bolts I guess.

Oh well, he did not give them their due. By basically claiming that his plan alone took Troj. (He had some miracolous help by at least Poseidon.) Especially Poseidon was quite pissed off and decided to give Odysseus a lesson he?Ǭ¨?Ǭ•d never forget.

No it wasn’t. It’s as proud german said, he pissed off Poseidon by claiming the victory over Troy was entirely his own achievement.
So ironically your point about Odysseus pretty much backfired. By bragging about his victory he got a pretty difficult time later on. And if the USA continues on this path, the same will happen to them probably.
