you’re plans sound exactly like what Hitler did in Germany in the 1930’s. He DID terminate representative control of the government. He DID abolish his term limit. He DID limit civil rights of one or more population groups. Only he did it the Jews while you do it to the ‘towelheads’.
You’re no better than Hitler if you plan all this to happen. Representative control over the government is the sole greatest good of a democratic country. Otherwise it gets a dictatorship. And even that would not be so terrible, if only there were a sane person in charge, and not you.
