I was picking up my daughter from home school today when I ran into a neighbor whose son just graduated from a government junior high school.? He?s a real bright boy with a sharp mind and he ain?t retarded like a lot of folks think.? Still, his grades ain?t as high as they?d be if he was home schooled.? Instead, he get Cs and Ds because handing in writing assignments like ?A History Of Jewish Treachery? and ?Why God Will Laugh When You?re In Hell? prove that he ain?t been brainwashed into believing that ?gays are people, too?.? It?s a crying shame that good, decent, right-minded Christian home schoolers can?t get access to the billions of dollars the get flushed down the lavatories of public schools.? It?d a whole different world if we did.

As long as they have nothing to do with me I have nothing against them. Let them live their lives like you live you life. Let other people be happy. Its funny how you talk about brainwashing since evangelical christians are still only here because they like to brainwash thier children into the same beliefs, unlike the rest of the world who leave people to think for themselves and make thier own conclusions and desicions about what they believe.

Indeed. Different, not better. It’s one thing to accept homeschooling, but to fund the retardation of those kids, that’s just immoral, those kids can’t help it their parents are ignorant fundamentalists who want to keep their distorted world-views in the world.

They are people. According to biology that is. Or do you frown upon biology as well? Sadly, it wouldn’t surprise me.
Luckily, here in Europe, home schooling happens very little to never. That’s why we don’t have such political polarisation, with some people in the spectrum who’s vision on reality is so sickly damaged by the utter crap they’ve been taught. Instead, we get to have actual intelligent debates, rather than having to listen to patriotic blabbering without any realisic and durable plans for the future.
It’s a shame to humanity to screw your kids up so bad.

I was gonna type something up along the lines of what Thomas just wrote but he beat me to it.
I will NOT stand to have my taxpayer dollars funding a mockery of a school that teaches your kid to be just as much of a retard as you!
Don’t worry, in 2008 the more Democratically controlled Congress will send a bill to the Democratic President outlawing the ridiculous practice of “hom-skoolin” and reinforce the public education system that once was the proud beacon of America. I can’t wait!

Billy, private schooled kids get no grades at all. At least, no one really cares about such grades as they can be easily bought.
