More tales of anti-Christian persecution
Friends,
This is just sick. Why is it that we run the risk of arrest and persecution simply for staying true to our faith. Read this story submitted by one of our teenage readers and and be angry:
This past spring I was expelled from my high school. Why? Because I’m a Christian. There was a girl in my class who was wiccan, and I didn’t want demons to possess me or anyone else and save her from satan. So, I told her that her faith was evil and told her to accept Jesus as Savior and she would be saved. Simple as that. Just say the sinners prayer and you can be saved!
Pagans: They hate Jesus and they hate America. If you anger them they might cast one of their evil spells on you. Why should schools defend these dangerous women?
Well I got sent to the principal for that. She said I was ‘discriminating’ against her religion. I was only doing what the Bible, God, Jesus and my pastor said! How is that wrong!?
Well, afterwards I was forced to aplologize, even though it’s a sin to, so I never meant what I said. So, instead I put a copy of a Jack Chick tract in her locker about how wicca and a paganism lead to murder, rape and other horrible things because it lets the devil get inside of you. I also left a little note about how she was going to hell. I was hoping she would see the error of her ways and repent from the evil, disgusting ‘religion’.
Instead I was called down to the principal again and this time there were two police officers there. And they said I was under arrest for harrasing this girl and threatening her! What did I do? I just wanted her to accept Jesus and be saved! Now her family (all evil, stupid, disgusting god hating wiccans) want to sue me for discrimination and creating a hostile workplace! How is that fair? She’s the one who’s discriminating against me because I’m one with the LORD!
Jesus is the only way to salvation! It’s that simple people! No pope, wicca, or anything stupid like that! JESUS ONLY! Why is is wrong to tell others that? It’s all the fault of the ACLU and simlar atheist organizations trying to destroy us Christians. Next they’ll want to genocide us for doing our Godly work.
If that story moved you like it moved us, I urge you to use the PayPal link on our site to donate generously to ShelleyTheRepublican’s God-Fund. We aim to help kids like the one in this story overcome the opression and cruelty of living in a secular world.
PS. If you have to face evil pagans who hate your religion, please find a moment to refer to this helpful page of pagan-facts prepared by our friend Jack Chick.
Yours in Christ,
Jimmy Goddard

In American we have this thing called freedom of religion. religion doesn’t just mean some form of christianity, it is any mythical belief system.
did you know that Thomas Jefferson and Ben Franklin where the first to start the separation of church and state? and that they were not christians. neither was George Washington and many over founding fathers.
so who cares you don’t know the truth and I don’t know the truth. NO ONE KNOWS.
so smile.
nothing matters.
“Why is it that we run the risk of arrest and persecution simply for staying true to our faith”
-It’s like watching a rich kid fly into a rage because he was asked to share…
“Why? Because I?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢m a Christian”
-Don’t use that as an excuse, it’s pathetic, it’s beyond pathetic… Why was our scholarly friend kicked out? Because they have *no* social tact or grace,as they are prejudiced and act upon it.
“I didn?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢t want demons to possess me or anyone else and save her from satan”
-Wow… the grammar on that just hurts to read… so… the scholar *didn’t* want to save her from Satan?
“Pagans: They hate Jesus and they hate America. If you anger them they might cast one of their evil spells on you. Why should schools defend these dangerous women?”
-Super Christians; They hate society, and they hate knowledge. If you anger them they might condemn you to a magical fiery realm. Why should schools defend these dangerous bigots?
“So, instead I put a copy of a Jack Chick tract in her locker about how wicca and a paganism lead to murder, rape and other horrible things”
-Read; The Crusades
“I just wanted her to accept Jesus and be saved!”
-A lot of people don’t feel in need of saving… when you’re told ‘No’ it usually means ‘no’, if you’re told ‘No’ a second time it usually means ‘fuck off’… where it goes from there depends on the individual… if it was me in that girls shoes you’d have gotten a lecture on the flaws of your religion… though I think her response was pretty rock awesome…
“She?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s the one who?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s discriminating against me because I?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢m one with the LORD!”
-Sigh…
“If that story moved you like it moved us”
-See! Even the people at STR couldn’t read this without gagging…

Wait, this person was being persecuted for being christian? No, they were expelled for stalking and threatening some girl at their school.
My heart goes out to this girl, because I myself once believed as she did. In my ignorance I shared my faith with people of who I believed were sinners, because they followed a different spiritual path, were homosexual, etc, because I believed Jesus was the only way and the Bible was 100% God’s word. Now I know better.
My advice to any Christians who wish to share their faith, should do so with love and wisdom.
The way the girl shared her faith was certainly not wise, and it didn’t seem particularly loving either. Perhaps she should of got to know her Wiccan classmate before condemning her beliefs and lifestyle as evil. How terrible to call something another holds sacred as evil? Pagans are not evil. No Wiccan would cast a harmful spell on anyone if they were truly Wiccan. I’m a Pagan (studying Wicca) and I don’t hate Jesus. The same can be said for many Pagans over the world that embrace religious diversity.
Not all Wiccans are women btw.
Taht was not an example of Christian persecution. That was an example of a Christian harrassing another because they did not like their faith.
I dont sympathize, I empathize. Applause to the Wiccan. I would have done the same thing. The little ignorant Christian scum seriously needed to fuck off and get his/her nose out of the bible for at least 10 goddamn minutes and realize that her religion is not the only religion, and understand that even though he/she might not be “accepting” of the various religions throughout the world, he/she should at least be respectful of others feelings and beliefs. This person needs to seriously get a fucking grip.

Well I was moved by this, and yes I do find it sick. I will not however donate money to you Mr. Goddard. This Christian girl is completely wrong for harassing another person just because that person is not a Christian. This is the reason we have freedom of religion in this country. Your friend is free to be a Christian. She is NOT free to force that religion on anyone else. She is not being persecuted because of her belief in Christianity.
DON’T CHANGE THE FUCKING SUBJECT I WANT ANSWERS!!!
“As God has already told us, we?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢re all gonna be raptured on Sunday.” -IT’S WEDNESDAY DAMMIT!!!
p.s. I don’t know about you guys but I LOVE being harassed by fundies especially by the particularly stupid and ignorant ones it is so easy to break their faith
Yes, I am angry! Enraged, even! I’m sick of people throwing the term ‘genocide’ around the way STR throws Christian values out the window.
On another note, how many ‘Christian’ holidays have stolen or absorbed Pagan festivals? Conversely, how many STR-branded ‘Pagan’ festivals are, in fact, Christian (Hallowe’en)?
Amen.
LeftTurn - typical of you to trivialize this act of anti-Christian persecution. Kindly review the facts:
* This young girl was a pagan, she might have been casting evil spells on her class-mates and trying to convert people to her sexualized religion (please refer to the picture)
* The person who was expelled from school was not the person dis-respecting God and America’s traditions but the brave soldier who tried to stand up for it.
* The school was only concerned with her freedom to abuse everything - what about his freedom to live in an environment free of false religions?
“This young girl was a pagan, she might have been casting evil spells on her class-mates and trying to convert people to her sexualized religion”
-Pagan’s (true ones at least) are forbidden by the rule of three to cast any type of spell with generally negative affects
“The person who was expelled from school was not the person dis-respecting God and America?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s traditions but the brave soldier who tried to stand up for it.”
-No but he was violating the girl’s freedom to choose her own beliefs which (wether you assholes like it or not) is her constitutional right
“The school was only concerned with her freedom to abuse everything”
-WTF!? correct me if i’m wrong but she wasn’t doing a damn thing except being non-christian
“what about his freedom to live in an environment free of false religions?”
-Christianity isn’t a false religion?
P.S. Like the Afermative action post I call shenannigans on this article on the basis that it is also false and was most likely produced by the eighth-grade team
what? Just cuz she was a pagan does not mean she was casting evil spell on her class mates, that is just being sterotypical and jumping to conclusions. For all you know she could have practiced light magic and not dark magic.
What happened to peoples freedom of choice to choose their own religion, there are many other religions in the world other than Christianity, so many in fact that i doubt any of them is the “true” religion, it shouldn’t matter what faith you subscribe to, so long as you have faith and are a good person.
The person expelled was dis-respecting another human being and discriminating her because of her religion, the school would have made their decision based on this fact and not due to who followed what religion.
What about the free to choose your own religion without fear of persecution? So long as nobody is committing crimes live and let live
“* This young girl was a pagan, she might have been casting evil spells on her class-mates and trying to convert people to her sexualized religion (please refer to the picture)”
-* The young scholar was Christian, they might have been praying ill against their class-mates and trying to convert people to their hypocritical religion (please refer to just about anywhere on STR)
“* The person who was expelled from school was not the person dis-respecting God and America?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s traditions but the brave soldier who tried to stand up for it.”
-* Freedom of Religion, an American Tradition.
“* The school was only concerned with her freedom to abuse everything - what about his freedom to live in an environment free of false religions?”
-*That’s not a legal freedom, and it’s open to debate… One can, quite easily, argue Christianity to be false based on contradictions within the Bible, false prophesies -Rapture anyone?- and, the amount of hypocritical double-talk it’s closest follows seem to suffer from…
The old score still stands right?

The people here at STR amuse me. Not because they seem to think they are always right, but the fact that they claim to be good christians. And good americans. Remember what was written on the big lady? People have a right to be whoever, and whatever, so long as they aren’t causing physical harm. I’m surprised you guys haven’t pulled a Hitler and tried to call to purify anyone who isn’t christian or american. Grow a brain. Your idiotic ways are completly against what god wants for his children. God wants people to live and be happy and eventually come back to him some day, but happily I’ve always believed there isn’t one true path. You think god would be so idiotic to only have one way back to him? So stop ripping on people who are differant from you.
haha salokin haha wail on them str bitches jimmygoddard why are’nt you in heaven? i mean the rapture was supposed to be sunday. you and the other STR son of a bitches are still here haha. STR are nothing but fucking liars. keep wailing on them salokin your doing a great job wailing on those STR bastards.
Hypocritical around here… perhaps I should have been clearer, ’super Christianity’ however the Bible is not without it’s hypocrisy… sorry if I’ve offended you Revan, though I’ve had plenty of practice, and been condemned to Hell enough times, to… taint… my feelings on the religion. I’ll never hold an individual accountable for group actions however, and I apologize if you feel I was taking a shot at you.
There are good Christians out there, sadly I keep running into the scary STR types.
-Wraith
Does anyone know the cell number of that girl? Man, i would like her to cast some spells on me… hehe.
Sure, what do you prefer? listening for an hour for the church sermon, or spend one hour with that girl in a circle of trees, doing “some sex magic”
I think i’m gonna convert to wiccan religion now!! Thanks STR!!!!
”
She?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s the one who?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s discriminating against me because I?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢m one with the LORD!
”
Do you even understand the meaning of “discrimination”?
You are making a difference between her and yourself, you call her religion disgusting yet you you think yours is holy.
She believes like you believe, you cant tell another to believe what you believe.
you would be getting mad to IF she said become a wiccan.
Thnx for the laughter your IQ must be subzero!.
I absolutely adore how much this website gets people worked up in a frenzy over this type of blunt ignorance. Kudos to you STR.
LOL!

First off, you consider yourself Southern Baptist. Without the advent of Catholicism, which led to Martin Luther and the Protestant Reformation, you’d still be a Catholic. Second, without the Pagans whom the Catholics annexed, pillaged, and given the choice to convert or die during the Crusades, Catholicism and Christianity would not be what is today–it never would have even reached your precious right-wing US. You’d have no Christmas (WInter Solstice), no Easter (Eostre), or Halloween. So technically, I guess one could say that you’re a pagan.
Second, I’m a Catholic. And I’m pretty sure that I was taught to admonish the sin but love the sinner. I also recognize that I shouldn’t follow the words of a non-divine man (i.e. your pastor). He is just as human as you are, and therefore can’t be of connection to Jesus. If your pastor jumped off a bridge, I’m sure you lemmings would follow, no?
Third, have you investigated any other organized religions? How can you criticize them if you know nothing about them? You are only a Southern Baptist because that is how you were raised and have known no other. You were taught not to question, and because of that you are uneducated, ignorant, and myopic.
Fourth, I’m pretty sure that Jesus doesn’t want you walking around hating in his name. That’s why wars are started–hating in the name of God. Why not spread your word through peace? After all, honey catches more flies than vinegar, and I’m sure if you were nice in your proselytizing (instead of harassing), you’d actually convert more people. If someone doesn’t want to be preached to, don’t preach. According to your worldview, that should just means that there’s that much more room for you in Heaven, no?
“Well I got sent to the principal for that. She said I was ?¢‚ǨÀúdiscriminating?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢ against her religion. I was only doing what the Bible, God, Jesus and my pastor said! How is that wrong!?”
You were acting against common decency and (if you became harsh) against national laws. And those stand above any religion.
“Well, afterwards I was forced to aplologize, even though it?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s a sin to, so I never meant what I said. So, instead I put a copy of a Jack Chick tract in her locker about how wicca and a paganism lead to murder, rape and other horrible things because it lets the devil get inside of you. I also left a little note about how she was going to hell. I was hoping she would see the error of her ways and repent from the evil, disgusting ?¢‚ǨÀúreligion?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢.”
And this is either stalking or harrassment. Clearly illegal.
“She?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s the one who?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s discriminating against me because I?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢m one with the LORD!”
She never said anything against your religion. You did not. YOur the guilty one here, moron.
“* This young girl was a pagan, she might have been casting evil spells on her class-mates and trying to convert people to her sexualized religion (please refer to the picture)”
Please state your evidence. You have none? Too bad, this means that one could actually sue you for slander.
“* The person who was expelled from school was not the person dis-respecting God and America?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s traditions but the brave soldier who tried to stand up for it.”
She harrassed another pupil. ANd he got his just reception. End of story.
“* The school was only concerned with her freedom to abuse everything - what about his freedom to live in an environment free of false religions?”
She has none. The right of each and every human to believe in what religion he wants to overrules that. Your right goes only so far as to the right of the next human. Suck it down.

IMPEACH BUSH!
Hahaha - oh boy. Hey guys, instead of trying to point out EVERYBODY’S shortcomings except your own (you must be able to see that plank in your eyes…) why not look at yourselves first.
Maybe, skim over the Sermon on the Mount - perhaps then you won’t treat every drummed up piece of nonsense as an excuse to beg money from people who probably need their hard-earned dollars more than you do.
Greedy, greedy, greedy.

To those who are as disgusted by this vile, racist website as I am I propose a solution to hurt the website shelleytherepublican.com. No matter how much we comment there is no argument we can say that can change the minds of those who preach hate. So i propose an end to the madness. From now on I challenge all those who disagree with Shelley to no longer post comments, click on links, or access the website. If you own a website or page that offers a link I say remove it. This is how we can truly fight back against the hatred of shelleytherepublican.com. If we refuse to listen to her than she will lose her audience and her power.
So if you feel as I feel then follow me in posting one final comment to peacefully say goodbye to Shelley forever.

“An eye for an eye only makes the whole world blind”
I will just state a few things.
The last time we mixed religion and government, people died for no reason.
I have several wiccan friends, none of them are “evil” and are prone to pacifism. Also, wiccans believe (at least the ones I know) that if they so much as try to do anything to harm another human, they will suffer dire concequences (many are horrible deaths).
All in all, any peaceful religion is not myth to me. People (I think) should have some greater power to trust in, one that makes them love others and not harm people if at all possible. Mine just happens to be leaning towards christianity, but there must be more than one kind of it, as the one described on this site is one of immense contradictions and condemnation by other humans.
Loving life and holding on,
