McCain/Palin - True Mavericks! Vote for the American Way, ALL THE WAY!

McCain understands that body-counts count

Last week the lib-tards got their panties in a twist at some comments made by John McCain, our future president - apparently they objected to the fact that this former soldier knows that the sensible way to judge our progress in Iraq is by the number of casualties:

Liberals objected hysterically to McCain’s common sense position on the war on terror. Can’t they se what a good deal we are getting?

Let me show you the math:

According to US Government statistics, fewer than 2000 US service personnel have died in the course of defending peace and freedom in Iraq, but according to some surveys we’ve killed more than 92,000 islamofascist terrorists. That means for every American soldier who died in the course of duty, we got more than 46 of the bad guys. That sounds like a great deal to me.

Compare that to our work in Germany - throughout the war on terror we’ve had more than ten deaths amongst personnel serving on US bases in Germany, but we’ve not killed a single terrorist in that land. Those ten soldiers died for nothing!

So if only the German government would allow our forces to help clean up Europe the Germans would know the same kind of peace as our friends the Iraqis.

Yours in Christ,

Jimmy Goddard

Add the 2 together and that means that 94,000 PEOPLE have died, all because of one man’s greed.

Maybe because there are no terrorists in Germany you twit.

“the same kind of peace as our friends the Iraqis.”

Peace 6 feet under isn’t very appealing to most people (except for the near-dead)

Why the hell are there U.S troops in Germany and WTF is up with “the same kind of peace as our friends the Iraqis.” In case you havent noticed Germany IS at peace with EVERYONE!somthing that America will never BE. Iraq on the other hand is not as you Americans claim to be at “peace” when infact the counrty is in turmiol with almost constant fighting.
This sounds to me as though this is the US trying to take over the world all i can say is stay the fuck out of europe we dont want you in here in fact i belive that pesonally most of Europe is pretty anti republican now e.g. Iraq. But this rant is pointless it only econamically cripling your country not ours :) and you need to buy your weapons from someone (europeans) actually in fact keep fighting the more you fight the better we eat.
God bless the fucking stupidness of the republican :P

Casualty counts are unreliable as hell. One has only to look at the shit that went up with those in Vietnam. Remember: 50 old men, 40 women, 20 children, 8 dogs, 4 cows and 2 VC´s taken equal 120 enemy casualties.

“According to US Government statistics, fewer than 2000 US service personnel have died in the course of defending peace and freedom in Iraq, but according to some surveys we’ve killed more than 92,000 islamofascist terrorists.”

    1. It´s more than 4000 killed by now and that´s not even counting the civilian advisors and help workers and the mercenaries that get killed.
    2. And how many of these “islamofascists” (is that even a word?) were just poor civvies standing at the wrong place at the wrong time? Most, right. Oh, and of course, you didn´t kill most of them anyway, that was the intersectarian violence you were unable to contain.

“Compare that to our work in Germany - throughout the war on terror we’ve had more than ten deaths amongst personnel serving on US bases in Germany, but we’ve not killed a single terrorist in that land. Those ten soldiers died for nothing!”

You have no “work” in Germany. (Except getting stomped during training exercises.) We generously allow you to have some bases over here and get a lot of cash for it and that´s it. Those guys that died here were either accidents or wounded that were flown out of Afghanistan or Iraq. Pretty much anyone getting wounded in Iraq will first be flown to Landstuhl, Germany for any emergency treatments. It´s closer than flying them over the Atlantic.

“So if only the German government would allow our forces to help clean up Europe the Germans would know the same kind of peace as our friends the Iraqis.”

We can take care of our affairs ourselves, thank you very much.

And saying stuff like that is the worst McCain can do. It really kills morale.

PS: What´s the differrence between the Vietnam War and the War in Iraq? George W. Bush had a plan to get out of the Vietnam War.

As Proud German said, the amount of American casulties are more than 4000, but more than 400.000 civilian Iraqis have lost their lifes….So compared to the 3000 who died in the World trade center, you have caused more damaged to innocent Iraqies, than the terrorists did to you….

on top of that, there are more than 2.000.000 refugies…
….I know you STR clones believe in the ” Eye for an eye” principle….So on that account, you owe the Iraqies A LOT.

The number of US war dead in Iraq listed are artificially low! They don’t count resident aliens who were promised US citizenship by enlisting nor do they count soldiers who die in e-vac choppers after they leave the ground!

Yes, but at least 90,000 were islamofascists - the whole point was to kill them to stop their evil spreading to the rest of the world: They were TERRORISTS - we had to kill them.

If our boys were not killing the terrorists over there, they would be killing us over here. It’s obvious. Why dont you libtards get it?

If you change the words ‘islamofacist’ and ‘terrorist’ to ‘yankee’ and ‘american opressors’ you sound alot like a radical islamist. How is your logic any better that theirs? Quit the “they were terrorists” attitude, here’s the real truth: They were people, whether you like it or not, they were people and they died because one (broken shell of a) man, JUST ONE wanted to make money

  12. Proud german June 18th, 2008 6:27 pm

“Yes, but at least 90,000 were islamofascists - the whole point was to kill them to stop their evil spreading to the rest of the world: They were TERRORISTS - we had to kill them.”

Wrong. Most victims of the Iraq war were iraqui civvies. That´what you get when you wage a war in a densely populated city. Dead women, dead children, dead grandpas. They outnumber the casualties of insurgents, al Queida and the US forces together.

And all of that because George W. Bush wanted his little war so hard that he ignored any kind of intelligence telling him that there were no active links with al Queida or WMD programs. Trillions of bucks blown outta the Window and thousands dead becuase that asshole wante dto impress his poppy.

Hi - Most of you are too young and can`t remember to the Body Count in Vietnam in the late 60ies. After a couple of years (in the year 1970) this calculation of Body Count became senseless, because the North Vietnamese had 17 million inhabitants and everybody of them was an armed Vietcong. Also armed women joined the battles. Every single person was a soldier in North Vietnam. In the year 1970 (Nixon was president) over 500.000 GIs were stationed in Vietnam. McNamara and General Westmoreland said, we cannot kill 17 million communists - if we would do that, the Chinese and the Sovjets will support the Vietcongs with their troops and we will have the next Worldwar.
We have to catch or to kill just those responsibles - these leaders, who influence the civlians. But it was impossible to kill them, cause they were hiding in nuclear shelters.
This situation in Vietnam was a bit similar to the situation in Iraq now. We cannot kill all muslims - only all these preachers of hate and all these mullahs and other conservative islamic clerics, who decided to spread their hateful islam all over the globe and all who hate the west - and this is virtually impossible.
Jimmy - please ask your Vietnam Veterans and ask the older CIA officers and agents - and they will tell you, Body Count is an inefficient way of calculation.
I am also an opposer of this Mullah Regim in Iran - they support terrorist groups with cash and weapons - since the Khomeini periode. The CIA knows that since three decades. This has nothing to do with Liberals, Democrats or Republicans and I am convinced, McCain knows that as well. I think, you confound means with ends.
The CIA overthrowed Mosadeq 1953 and the American-friendly Shah ruled this land for the next 25 years. But he made a big mistake, he arrested too much natives (not only hate-preachers, also innocent natives and he oppressed their religion and traditions, this was his mistake) After 2 decades a huge underground clerical mainstream appeared in Iran, against Shah Reza Pahlavi - and this was the reason, why this conservative Shiite preacher Khomeini became popular and short after the leader. He began to support the terrorist groups and the Shah soon went into exil 1979. This is just history.

I dislike these conservative islamic laws (Sharia) as well - I am also against these people, who would like to have an islamic world.
We have to figure out, who is responsible for that - these people, like Mullahs, preachers of hate are the goal. It is senseless to kill civilians or some terror-underdogs - we just need these leaders, who hate the west and they are hard to catch.
